  • Diversity and Inclusion in the College Classroom

     This faculty development workshop includes research studies, case situations to resolve through individual/group exercises, and technologies for diverse learning styles.

     Hosted a webinar for CAFDN (Chicago Area Faculty Development Network) on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

  • Team Building

     This session enables participants to understand the team concept, provides techniques for building a better team, understanding your role on the team, provides practice exercises, and so much more.

  • Lifelong Learning

     This session asks the question "What does lifelong learning mean to you" and how to open yourself to becoming a lifelong learner.

  • Proactive/Intrusive Advising

     This workshop covers advising in-person and online by being where your students/advisees are.

Textbook and Academic Authors Association Writing Gym

     In July 2018 I attended the Textbook & Academic Authors Association writing gym.  The purpose of this 6-week work-out-on-your-own gym time was to serve as your writing accountability partner as you work to achieve your writing goals.
